Mindfulness & Embodied Self-Awareness (MAESA) coaching sessions are concentrated trainings for expanding your capacity to be in the present moment with less fear and rejection, and greater awareness, compassion, and acceptance. Unlike psychotherapy sessions—which include this element, along with the exploration of content and personal meaning—MAESA sessions focus solely on strengthening your Mindfulness & Embodied Self-Awareness practice, with me as your personal coach! MAESA sessions are 30-50 minutes long and can be done online or by telephone. Because MAESA sessions focus solely on strengthening mindfulness and self-awareness skills, I'm able to offer greater flexibility in both their scheduling and rates. Depending on the time and type of booking, you can participate in a MAESA session within 24 hours of scheduling, sometimes within minutes or a few hours! It is my hope that such flexibility maximizes your potential for integrating these mindfulness-based and body-centered practices into your life.
