Anjali is a Sanskrit word that means, “Gracious and Divine Gift,” or “Sacred Offering.” Anjali Healing Arts, then, is a sacred offering of the divine gift of healing arts therapies.

Hungry Ghosts

Hungry Ghosts

Hungry Ghosts is a supportive group practice for anyone wanting to learn how to cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and mindfulness for working with habitual patterns that they self-identify as addictive behaviors.

By delving into the direct experience of the mind, body, heart, and spirit, this weekly group is an invitation to use mindfulness-based and body-centered practices as a way to explore how addictive behaviors help manage the dis-ease of emotional distress. This type of present-moment and in-depth self study allows the function, or wisdom, of life-diminishing addictive patterns to be revealed, and affords the practitioner a chance to discover alternative, life-affirming ways of dealing with his or her discomfort.

Investment & Commitment

Hungry Ghosts is a group that meets once a week, for 4 weeks, on a month-to-month basis. The investment for participating in this group is $50/week, making the total monthly investment for attending this group $200 . The start of each month begins a new monthly cycle of Hungry Ghosts, which is open to new and returning members. Hungry Ghosts participation requires a simple application and interview process that begins once you fill out the form below.
